The federal reserve system, or monetary machine, is ready to raise interest rates in the next few weeks. Jerome Powell said the economy is booming and there’s no need for continued stimulus to prop up Wall Street. But not everyone agrees, as some hedge fund leaders think the labor market is shrinking and we could be in for a dark winter.
